January 6 Committee: Clown show is a total clown show, and it is an embarrassment to our country, our laws and Constitution, and the order of our American society as it should be.

It is interesting that now (August 5th, 2023) that Joe Biden is criticizing Putin for using evil tactics against “HIS” political opponent. What about what Joe Biden himself is doing against Trump? What a hypocrite the entire Democrat Party is. They use whatever tactics that suits them for the moment, but just as quickly they flip-flop back and forth like a fish out of water.

The rule of thumb should be that whatever you see and hear coming out of a Democrat’s mouth criticizing their opponents, they themselves are currently doing the same or are planning to do the same. They deserve no respect. If you are a Democrat reading this, get these people out of leadership positions of your party. They have taken your political party over, high jacked it, and they are driving it full speed into destruction.

Politics is about getting things done, and when you stop talking to the other side of the aisle politically to get the right thing done, then you are condemned to eventual failure. The people of America will leave your party because everything they touch turns to rot and destruction. The people of America (all parties) are getting fed up with this, and the people will chasten people who ruin everything at the polls. (New comments in blue)

January 6 Committee: Thousands of Interviews, Few New Facts

I will arrange my comments along the points of the article.

1. Double standard on “riots.”

Very simply, we now have a two tier justice system, with everything and anything that the Democrats do to break the law is overlooked, and the safeguard laws to protect citizens with due process are denied to the conservatives and Republicans. The only solution to this is to obey existing laws, and punish from the politicians to the government employees down to actual actors in breaking the law. Why is this not being done? Because back through recent history, certain figures have violated the law and the justice department has done nothing about it except look the other way. For example, Hillary Clinton had an illegal server in her bathroom, and nothing was done about it. No investigation, no charges, although it is very apparent that there should have been.

Now we have the overturning of Roe and the left demands the right to riots and deliberately break the law (on abortion). Supposedly, they are breaking the overturning of Roe, but the Supreme Court is only breaking the liberty of performing abortions nationwide, and turning the decision to yes or no on abortion to the individual states. So they are not necessarily breaking their state’s law by doing anything. It is just a gesture that is actually hollow.

But the point is well taken here that we observe, the left can get away with any lawbreaking and the right cannot even peacefully protest anymore. There is a double standard now in place.

So the Democrat led witch hunt is claiming that Trump was leading a sedition of the American people to overtake the legitimate government. Interesting that this act of rebellion and sedition didn’t have any guns, except for the Capitol Police. How do you explain that? If it was rebellion and sedition, it is laughable. Even when the British burns the Capitol, they at least brought guns.

2. No serious investigation of Capitol security lapses.

The fact of the matter in the January 6 protests is that they were not riots, and those protesting did not do so as a riot. They wanted to make their voice heard. In the past, Democrats have been very fond and protective of the American right to make their voice heard, but as they have taken control of the reins of rule of the US, they now are clamping down on those rights.

As an overview to the January 6 event, Conservatives cannot now express their voice, but liberals can. That is the point. Conservatives need to consider being imprisoned unlawful for years if they express their voice. Liberals can expect Kamala Harris and her ilk to pay their bail for them.

Now that Tucker Carlson has the tapes from that day, there is nothing coming out from examining the tapes except a bunch of grandmas and grandpas visiting the capitol. The FBI plants are visible trying to egg the people into destruction of property, but even that isn’t being tracked down. If the “authorities that be” went so far as to track people’s cell phones to see where they were that day, why cannot the FBI use face recognition software and check their own FBI files and identify all the FBI agents in the crowd that day? They cannot because they were not “off duty” but sent in by our corrupt FBI. If they were not, then identify all federal employs in the crowd and let’s bring them into the House of Representations investigation and ask them what they were doing there. Moreover, if they voted Democrat in the last elections and are registered Democrats, ASK THEM WHAT THEY WERE DOING THERE!

3. No equal treatment of Democrat doubters.

In most US elections in the past, there were people who didn’t like the election results. They would file papers for recounts, claim fraud, etc. These are lawful actions under our government. Doing such things follow a process under which a judge evaluates the claims and gives a verdict according to the laws of elections.

So in every election where a Republican won and the Democrats protested legally, that was and is okay. But if a Conservative or Republican does the same, he is somehow breaking the law.

The entire premise of the Democrat attack against Trump is ridiculous. If you look at what the posture of the unsuccessful candidates in elections over the past 50 years is, you will see that EVERYBODY FROM BOTH PARTIES complain that the election was rigged and a fraud. This is THEIR RIGHT TO CONTEST AGAINST THE ELECTION RESULTS. The rule of law is to take all of these protests seriously, and the losing party goes before a judge with evidence to support their claim. A non-biased judge examines the “supposed evidence”, and he rules the election was good or it was tainted, and the election is done a second time. That has ALWAYS BEEN THE PROCEDURE. To squash the loser and give him no seriousness to his claims, nor investigate the claims further has really marked a tainted election in itself, with or without any judge ruling over the evidence.

This IS THE PROCESS of elections and protests in our country. This process was forcefully broken and supressed by the Democrat party in the 2020 election. This is entirely unacceptable. The reason for this is that at every single protest of a tainted or fraudulent election, there are politicians there from both parties, and if one side finds some way to cheat, it is fixed before the next election. Even if it lends itself to looking like somebody is cheating, they fix the problem so that it will not end up cheating at the next election.

The Constitution gives the states the right to set election laws. These state laws are what everybody (in that state) has to play by. When these laws are bypassed, they are ignored, then somebody should go to jail. The person (a single person in the state government) that oversees over the elections should go to jail. This was whisked away as “never going to happen”. Why? Democrat lawmakers made these laws same as Republicans. Should they be up in arms? What is good for the goose is good for the gander. And actually, Republicans can study what cheats the Democrats have done and do the same. This is how we want our elections? Cheaters abounding in every corner?

4. Little punishment for “Russia collusion” hoax.

When people lie under oath, they need to be punished, as the law stipulates. Courts and court cases are decided by the validity of the evidence presented, and to accept as valid lies destroys our judicial system.

Does it pass over everybody’s head that the Democrats accused Don Trump of receiving kickbacks and doing collusion with the Russians to win the 2016 election, and Hunter Biden and Joe Biden receiving 5 million dollars each for kicking out the Urkanian prosecutor of Hunter Biden? They were subverting justice. Joe Biden bragged that he conditioned US foreign aid on this guy’s removal. Remember that Joe Biden is now president forcing the US into the Russian-Ukranian war supporting the Ukranians. He hurt Ukrania back then by withholding foreign aid. Now Biden bad mouths any politician who doesn’t go full throttle for Ukranian aid. Does that not make sense to people? Or is everybody just brain dead now?

If Trump received money from the Russians, where is the evidence? The Democrats have spent a lot of US taxpayer monies to indict Trump, but this smoking gun is never even mentioned. It doesn’t exist.

But we have irrefuteable evidence that Joe Biden received 5 million dollars from the China, which interestingly, the US attitude towards China is all in favor of them. Sure, why not when the president of the US is recieving bribe money under the table from China through his son. If this is difficult for a person to see what is happening, this is remarkable. With all the similar movies of power brokers on TV and you cannot see what is happening. Wow! How dumb you must be.

5. Left-wing terror and threats to Supreme Court Justices.

We are slowly getting to the point where if you disagree with Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Shummer, you may find yourself doing time with no further reason needed.

The framers of our country’s government foresaw all of these kinds of things and made protections within the system to deal with them. One arm of government may get too much power and overrule the founding principles. That is now happening. The forces that they installed were the Presidency, the Congress, and the Supreme Court. When you lose at the Supreme Court, the answer is not to pack the court.

It is absolutely wrong to take “normal American citizens” and consider them terrorists. If this is what the FBI, the CIA, and all the other government henchmen consider American citizens, then we DO NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE at these agencies.

6. An illegitimate process.

There are two opposing philosophies that the Democrats and Republicans hold. The Democrats think our Constitution is a chalk board, and we can change anything or everything in the founding and structure of our country as any individual thinks to do. The Republicans take the Constitution and structure the founding fathers gave us as written in stone, and those principles and structures cannot be changed.

So you chose by your voting which of these two positions you support by voting Democrat or Republican.

When these people fail at packing the Supreme Court, then their alternative is to “ignore the Supreme Courts decisions” or to attack the Constitution because it restricks what these little children are wanting to do in their tempertantrum. We need to uphold our government all the more and refuse to let idiots restructure our country. Some of these people are foreigners. If they come from a bad country, make them return instead of ruining our country. As things were, we were the most prosperous and “free” country in the world. Even a black man (some consider blacks still as slave class people), but even a black man reached the office of president. Is that how a repressive country that is bias and biggoted against blacks acts? Never.

7. Violation of the separation of powers.

The President of the United States as dogcatcher. Our founding fathers established different tasks for different elected people and different structural groups. The broad three are the Presidential (that enforces the laws made by Congress), the Congress which authorizes funds and makes the laws, and the Judicial system (which decides when the other two powers cross the line of what is given to them to do or acts out of bounds of the system or against the Constitution). When one power takes over another power’s tasks, then the system is out of wack. That is what we are experiencing now.

8. Destruction of civil liberties.

The liberties that the Constitution recognizes that God gives to every person are being destroyed in own day. The only “right” left to us is to suffer at the hands of the modern dictators who are running our system. Their pleasures are our law.

Since when are we as a country against oil based energy? Nobody voted on that one. The Democrats (and even among them, only the most radical of them) have decided this for us. Joe Biden is destroying the hydrocarbon energy system in the US, and it is against the good and the will of the common American citizen. The citizenry in general all have gas or diesel based vehicles, are against electric vehicles. But we do not have the freedom to exercise our own wills anymore. Things are being forced on us unwillingly.

9. Persecution of the opposition.

The Democrats are waging war against those of their opposition. There is no longer any honor of your fellow American and even though you don’t see “eye to eye” with him, he cannot exist.

If Trump did wrong in contesting the election, why didn’t the power that be do something in the first and second year that they had the chance. Why are they waiting until the next election cycle is beginning to do all of this? Why is this tit for tat between what the Republican House of Representatives is investigating Joe Biden and suddenly a raid on Trump’s home? Trump was working with the correct parties in the National Archives. He wasn’t holding back anything as far as what they wanted from him. Why the drama? Oh yea, Trump is running for President again and that is why. Political persecution, yea, Joe Biden, but in your own back yard.

10. Show trial

The January 6 investigation and trial is a joke. Firstly, the House does not have the authority to conduct a trial on a supposed insurrection. It is out of bounds for them. Moreover, it is not a trial as it should be, and the rights of the witnesses and accused are not respected.

What happened to “nobody is above the law”? Actually, ALL PROSECUTORS ARE UNDER THE LAW ALSO. The “writ of habeas corpus” is what they are under. They cannot detain anybody for breaking the law without bringing him before a judge and charging him with a crime. Why are there still people detained years after the fact, when their right to Habeas Corpus is being violated. The bottom line here is that the judge always says, either charge the person or let them go free.

Habeas corpus is a recourse in law through which a person can report an unlawful detention or imprisonment to a court and request that the court order the custodian of the person, usually a prison official, to bring the prisoner to court, to determine whether the detention is lawful.Wikipedia

11. Double Standard

In the raiding of Trump’s home, we see that the Democrat’s opponents, they have no basic rights. If it is not a direct attack, then there is just hassling the opponent. The laws of America should defend a person’s God given rights, but when you have dictators that do not believe in a true God, but rather that they are taking God’s place, then you see what we have.

They are conducting in secret which is another breach of American law, and moreover, they are using the proceedings to persecute their political opponents.

Hunter Biden obtained a gun by filing a federal background request in which he said he was not a drug users. He later boasted that at the time he filed for a gun, he was a drug user. You cannot have it both ways. So we are talking about what a Democrat President’s DOJ is doing here, and the DOJ has done nothing. All those people that had their guns taken away and went to jail for doing drugs while they signed that they didn’t do drugs on the background checks, what about them? Do they get the same treatment as Hunter Biden? If not, why not? The double standard is obvious to see, so it is in the Democrat’s court to severely punish Hunter Biden with jail time. Nobody is above the law. Right. What about a Democrat president’s druggie son? We are supposed to accept this, yet the Democrats attacked Trump’s children left and right, and found nothing.

Conclusion

My observation is that if you want the America as our founding fathers wanted it, free, then you must vote out and oppose all Democrats.

The greatest problem in all of this is that swinging the pendulum back, we will go too far on the conservative side and persecute the Democrats. They protection as citizens must not be infringed, although their unlawful tactics need to be stopped.
