When I read this, I do have some memories of reading about the pirates of the Barbary Coast, and I believe that this is the same thing. The young United States sent representatives to Tripoli to ask why they were stealing American ships and enslaving American sailors. Because the Muslim response was that Allah commands them to kill unbelievers in Islam, they are on a divine commandment and war against other religions, and that is just the way things are. The United States responded with forming the first 6 war ships in their history. The key point here is what we need to “take away” from the story.
Muslims believe that their religion is right. It is the only religion that is true (according to them). So probably every single religious person in the world, regardless of what their religion is, believes that their religion and beliefs are true and the only thing true. That is pretty much what a person has to believe. If some other religion was true and your beliefs and religion are not, then why would you continue in your untrue religion? You would change to that “true” or “truer” religion.
So, Americans and all western non-Muslim oriented people need to understand this point very clearly. Muslims are different from everybody else in that morally, their religion gives them permission to 1) kill non-Muslims, and 2) to enslave non-Muslims. If they murder an unbeliever, they haven’t done anything wrong, but Islam applaudes them. But we must clearly understand this point, morally to Muslims, it is not wrong morally to do so, and to really understand our world which contains Muslims, the official Muslim position is not to just make it morally acceptable to kill non-Muslims, Islam commands Muslims to convert people of other religions or kill them, the easiest thing just kill them. Thus, we have jihad, or the holy war in which the conflict of religious differences, Muslim versus anything non-Muslim, takes a gun, knife, and chain (slavery) aspect to the religious conflict, and they use aggression against those are of other religious beliefs.
To Meditate and Summarize
So it is extremely ridiculous to “negotiate” with Muslims. You do not have a common basis between you and the Muslim. If you are of the same beliefs as he is, then everything is wonderful. (Well, to a point, because within Islam itself, they fight with each other, Muslim against Muslim, just like they do with the non-Muslim world.) So, if you are dealing with Muslims or you follow their religion, aggression is the bread and butter of every day life for a Muslim. Kill or be killed. Remember that point and take it to heart. That is the only thing that a Muslim understands. If he takes an AK-47 to you, and you answer with a tank, he will listen and back off, and go try to find himself a tank. But ultimately, he will return to hurt and kill you again. His peace talks are to buy him time until he can come back against you. Everything goes to the same end point, the murder of the non-Muslim or the conversion of the world to Islam. Given enough time, that is what they will do if the non-Muslim world doesn’t wipe them off the face of the planet first.
When your country (whichever it may be) has conflict and wants to have peace with some other country, you cannot project and think that they think like you, no, not even keep their words to you. In World War II, the Japanese had a different world view than the rest of the world, and they engaged in war against the United States. They had their ambassador negotiate peace terms in the days and hour before their attack on Pearl Harbor. No military nor any government can afford to ignore the difference in thinking and acting when they are dealing with what could turn into their enemy.
What we are seeing today in pro-Hamas people, marches, and demonstrations is, essentially, a pro-Hitler Youth movement in the United States during World War II. People who support the destruction of the United States should be seen as enemies of the United States, have their US citizenship stripped from them, and expelled from the country. A politician in the US Congress or US government should be treated as a traitor because they swear to uphold the Constitution and our form of government, a democratic republic, an organized voting (“we the people” have the power of governing ourselves) UNDER THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES! If a politician or government worker swears to that and then supports the concepts of Islam, they need to be punished and removed not just from office, but from the country. Citizenship in the United States does not grant the person permission to change the form of government nor ruin it.
Where does tolerance come it?
Tolerance, whether we are talking about religious tolerance of difference religious beliefs or political tolerance, I am thinking Socialism, Communism, or any other non-American political orientation, is at once an enemy of the United States. In the past we have understood this, and during say World War II, anything that did not promote American, capitalism, and basically Christianity in its many forms, was considered being a traitor to what we stand for.
But those who embrace the concept of “tolerance” understand that you cannot force people to believe what they just don’t accept. This concept of tolerance is TOTALLY 100% THE OPPOSITE OF ISLAM. You do not understand our world if you do not grasp that our enemy (Islam) has NO TOLERANCE FOR ANYTHING DIFFERENCE FROM ITSELF. Even within Islam, within the various factions and groups of Islam, they are trying to kill each other.
But tolerance is a Christian concept, and Muslims have no part in tolerance, peace treaties, or living peacefully with “different people” than themselves. The only concept similar to this within Islam is to use these “weak concepts of tolerance and peace” to the Muslim’s advantage, and then betray them and kill them.
Islam has a term for this, Jizya.

Historically, the jizya tax has been understood in Islam as a fee for protection provided by the Muslim ruler to non-Muslims, for the exemption from military service for non-Muslims, for the permission to practice a non-Muslim faith with some communal autonomy in a Muslim state, and as material proof of the non-Muslims’ submission to the Muslim state and its laws.[10][11][12]
Okay, get a grip. Here we go. You have to pay the Muslim government (where the government over you is Muslim, and this will be applied in places like Detroit without a doubt in the future. That is where we are headed in America.), but you have to pay the Muslim government for a non-Muslim to just live among them, to exist. This is in lieu of killing you for not converting to Islam. Where is there tolerance in this? It is very difficult to see much “tolerance” in these people’s minds, just abuse.
How to Deal with Muslims
The problem here that we are seeing in advanced stages is that you cannot allow a Muslim with this kind of thinking into a Democratic Republic, and definitely not in sufficient quantities as to form a voting block. They will only propagate their own hate religion, and try to change the entire American governmental system to a Muslim system under the domination of Islam. If they cannot do that, then they will just destroy and ruin whatever they can in that system that refuses to go to Islam.
But the problem can be dealt with, but not without understanding how a Muslim thinks, and what you really have to watch out for in dealing with people who hate, murder, lie, cheat, steal, and are deceptive at every turn. In dealing with people who are morally bankrupt. We in America and turned stupid on this point. We do not know how to deal with criminals within our own society. Furthermore, we do not reform them, we make laws and punish them. If things get beyond normal limits (i.e. our word is law, and if you cannot live within the law, our society through a legal process with convict you and incarcerate you, taking away your freedom, and eventually we will execute you, i.e. take away your life from you).
That is where we need to take this. Laws are to be obeyed. The process of making a law for all to obey, as well as overturning that law if it is unjust, needs to be well established and cautiously followed. Opinions do not count in this. Because a majority of people dislike a law, like the laws against drugs, a law should not be overturned. The principles of the Constitution should be applied before a law is made, and those principles championed afterward.
The end game of all of this is obedience to the law, or death of the criminal. But understand the big difference here. Our laws involve morality, which comes from Christianity. Our government was formed “under God”, with many of the concepts highly involved with morality from the Bible.
In this morality, one person has “rights” and “responsibilities”. They both have freedoms to act, own, and believe, but those freedoms are involved in the same morality as obligates them to act responsibly towards their fellow man, to respect him and his differences without doing aggression to him, and without the simple solution, “Kill him!”
Genesis 9:6 Whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.
Aggression, in itself, is condemned by God. Man, any and every man, cannot show aggression against another person.
God charges civil government with fulfilling an immediate judgment of God on those who show aggression to others.
Romans 13:4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
Fear of this retribution by civil government for uncivil actions one against another is what should saturate our society. When a mob decides to go to a store and forcibly by group action take articles and run away with them, i.e. steal, then there is no fear of civil retribution in the citizens. We have then “lost it”. We are no longer a civilization, an ordered society living under just and fair laws. If you go to any one of those vandal’s houses and steal their possessions, they would cry out, “Unfair!” But this is what has to be done. Those who break the laws that form peace in our society need to be punished. If this activity is extremely excessive or continuous without remorse nor repentance (Christian concepts totally alien in Islam), then there is loss of liberty, and eventually capital punishment as a final solution. This is not in itself “unfair” because the criminal is given multiple occasions of mercy, chance to repent and change, and many opportunities to change and live in peace and harmony with others around them. Capital punishment is reserved when they just utterly refuse to do this, live peaceably with others under the laws that benefit everybody.
The Muslim Community
To understand the Muslim community, there are motivators which are basically boiled down into two things, fear and murder. While the American society puts its peaceful living with others in harmony, respecting one another, in the motivator of fear of punishment by the law, the Muslim in Islam is controlled by “religious holymen” who have only one thought, make unbelievers convert to Islam or kill them all off the face of the planet. Grasp that concept well. Women have no rights in Muslim governments and countries. The Quran teaches that women don’t have souls.
O gathering of women! Give in charity, for I have seen you as a majority of people in Hellfire. They said, “Why is that, O Messenger of Allah?” The Prophet

تُكْثِرْنَ اللَّعْنَ وَتَكْفُرْنَ الْعَشِيرَ

That is how things work in their system. I would like to see a homosexual pro-Hamas group go to Gaza and have a pride day parade. You think what happened to the Jews on October 7 was a masacre, that pride parade would be the same or worse.
John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
The most important thing to understand is that we are talking about two completely opposite systems. Jesus gives life, and he lives by love. God is love

Muslims are taught to hate, hurt, kill, and destroy, ruin. Notice how this is exactly the picture and character of Satan in the Bible. It is laughable that Muslims think that Islam is somehow related to Christianity, to Judaism. (Islam “officially” recognize Jesus as a prophet, but to what end?)
Under the concepts of the Bible, there is a very strong obligation on civil government to punish wrong doers. The morally set principles of God in the Bible are the criteria by which you judge wrong doing. Islam doesn’t refer to the Bible as an authority but rather to the Koran.
Being Harsh with Muslims is the only Language they Understand
The first thing that we need to understand clearly is that under the tolerance of Christianity, we should not take an attitude of aggression towards them. They want to be what they are, let them. But the point here is “LET THEM BE BUT NOT LIVING AMONG US”. Equally, there should be no easy way for Muslims to enter into the United States where for pleasure, business, or family matters. That is not a “right” extended to people who think in their religion and government that America should be destroyed. It is total craziness to allow them access into the US for any reason. The Internet should be cut off to Muslim countries. Money transfers should be cut off. People who hate you should be restricted in what liberties and access they can have to our system.
Muslims in the United States should be examined and if they support the downfall of America and our political system, or even just ruining our country, they should be expelled.
These kinds of steps are the only thing that Muslims understand. Even then, when all the precautions are in place to keep Muslims out of the United States and having freedoms here, you will still have 9/11 events. Why? Because these people are terrorists, and that is the only thing they can think, live, and do. Terrorism. You deal with terrorism, which is unbounded aggression, with harshness. There is no other way of effectively dealing with it.
Let them live “in peace” among themselves. Undoubtedly, they will kill each other off with enough time. But they deal with aggression among themselves only temporarily making peace among themselves so that they can devote their time, energies, and force to hurting those they hate.
In Summary
In summary, our government should do its job of protecting our people. Somehow they have let a bunch of enemies of our system into our country, and the only protecting that they are doing is protecting of those who hate us and want to destroy us.
