Why strain at one leaving but swallow a multitude? Considering the hypocrisy of defending Kilmar Abrego Garcia from deportation.

It is interesting how the media and Democrats are treating the case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Consider the hypocrisy of their positions.

For four long years of Joe Biden, we had zero interest in government getting involved with vetting foreign aliens into the United States. Joe Biden’s, administration paid for plane tickets for foreign nationals without any vetting to freely enter our country. Hotels, money, cell phones, information on how a foreigner can illicitly use government welfare programs were given to illegal aliens like candy to kids at a parade. Kamala Harris even printed a book on how to enter and abuse our system and distributed it at the point of entry.

All of this was against established Congressional law. Yet nobody on the Democrat side of things or even the media cared about it.

Now under a Republican president, who was badgered without a conviction to stick for not “being under the law” (nobody is above the law, remember?), he is fulfilling the law of the United States, and the Democrats and media all are making a full court press against him “for obeying the law”. Go figure.

The saying “strain at a gnat but easily swallow a camel” comes to mind. I think the real problem is not Trump but the psychotic crazies in our country that are just against anybody that is not in their political party.

Since we have seen Obama come out against Biden, along with Pelsoi and Shummer, I can only conclude that their pyschosis is that they demonize and illogically oppose anybody that does not agree 100% with them even if they are not of their own party.

The judiciary seems to have woken up now with visions that they are over the executive branch of government, at least in their dreams. But again, the law is already made by the Construction and the Congress, so this is not a matter of making new laws, but observing existing laws, understanding them, and the judiciary obeying them.

Democrats hate when somebody calls one of the judges, appointed by a Democrat president, a “Democrat judge,” or a “Clinton judge,” “an Obama judge,” or “a Biden judge.” But the reality is that these jusges just do not understand the law they are supposed to an expert in practicing, which is their supposed vocation. (The other possibility is that they well understand the law, but they refuse to obey the law when it does suit their political aspirations. Take your pick.)

One does not have to be a law scholar to understand and acknowledge their failures. It is clear, for example, that an illegal alien (“illegal alien” is the law’s designation of a foreigner without immigration permission to be in our country. That is the law’s wording and definition of it.), but the law clearly states that illegal aliens are to be deported from the United States. The country they are deorted to for these cases is ideally the country they were born in if possible. If not, they go to a third country that will accept them, but they do not stay in the United States, and are incarcelated until they leave.

Donald Trump’s administration should be applauded for finally upholding the law, when Obama and Biden broke and did everything they could to overturn and frustrate that law.

It should not go unnoticed what is really going on here. If Garcia was a pastor of a church, these same people would expedite his being sent away. If he was the leader of a conservative party movement in his country that was thrown out of said country, they would be demanding his return and imprisonment somewhere.

The Democrat party is at once, against the founding principles of America, and against our system and principles (law). They are disrupting the order of law by abusing the law itself, using it illicitly.

Garcia deserves no more appeals in his case. Any foreigner with gang related activity is automatically rejected and deported from our country. A Visa for such a person with such gang connections (proven or even suspected) would immediately get said visa paperwork thrown out, denied summarily. But he has had two appeals to stay, both of which were denied. His legal recourses have run their course and failed him. He needed to go.

Senator Van Hollen is changing his position that he wants due process in the Garcia case. But what is due process for an illegal alien? A federal court or an immigration court? An immigration court and judge. Two times he has been before them, and two times he lost his case. That IS due process. But the outcome is not what the Democrats were hoping for, which is to stop Trump from deporting illegal aliens. That explains everything.

The Democrats have no real interest in Garcia. They are just using him to attack and stop Trump fulfilling the law as it is given him to fulfill as president. (1) They oppose anything Trump does because he is not on the Democrat side of things. He is their political opponent. He does push their agenda. (2) They are trying to weaponize the judiciary, because they are constantly losing in popularity and at the polls. This case is where they try desperate and stupid things to try and remain relevant to voters. Failure again.(3) They hate America for what it stands for, so they want gangs and crime to run free in America. Just examine the Democrat run states and cities and you can see exactly this. Where Democrats have total control, people suffer from their bad policy decisions.

“Defund the police” is a distinctly Democrat-sided craziness. Gun control, so ordinary citizens cannot defend themselves against rampant crime, is a wholly Democrat owned craziness. You do not just take guns away from criminals, you charge them with breaking the law and put them away. A criminal will find some other kind of weapon and continue. Pressing their breaking the law is what you do to criminals. Again, Democrats are extremely defensive in helping criminals not face “the law” and their breaking the law.

This is why what they did to Donald Trump so ironic. Where is this devotion to the law in the Garcia case? It is strangely telling how this passion for pressing the law against a presumed lawbreaker comes and goes as it suits the Democrat. No consistency at all. Leticia James breaking banking laws in her appeal for low-cost loans for herself is another ugly hypocrisy of a typical Democrat.

The problem here is the Democrat mindset. They don’t know how to govern well. They are hell-bent on doing whatever occurs to them as long as in the long run it hurts and destroys our country. Only when the masses understand this can sane people take over. But will it be too late then? Will the voting system be so rigged that Democrats always win, will be impossible to make any election fair again?

Oh yes, I forgot. The rigged election system was not used for Joe Biden’s failed second term. Biden hitched the Democrats to Harris to spite them for pushing him out, and they decided to not use it for her either. We are playing with stubborn children who are in the driver’s seat of our country
