Democrat Projection and Dodging explains how Democrats accuse others of what they themselves are doing, and also dodging is denying what they themselves are doing.
Angie Nixon: Trump ‘Is Basically a Communist’

Projection
Projection is a technical term in which a person doing some disapproved activity accuses an innocent bystander that just happens to be their enemy of what they themselves are doing. The point is to deflect attacks that are warranted against themselves because the guilty has just accused the innocent of the same thing. The guilty person is projecting their evil works onto the honest person who is calling out those evil works.
The key concept of this false accusation is that any person with normal morals will not make the accusation right after that person has been accused of the same thing. Decency in the life of a good person would cause them to hesitate, refrain from making the accusation, etc.
Projection can be countered with making the accusation along with detailed evidence of the person doing wrong and also the good person defending himself. In this illogical argument of projection, somehow the guilty person wants to presume the moral high ground, and because they made the accusation first, they are always right. Evidence, proof, logic, etc. has to reign supreme, and the person who is innocent has to insist on the truth and not concede the situation to such a ploy.
It is very frequent that the guilty person using projection will also redefine terms. A standard dictionary is very helpful to clarify things. For example, Angie Nixon claims that President Donald Trump is a communist, Nazi, etc. But if you look up the definition of what a Communist is, what a Nazi believes and practices, Donald Trump does not fulfill those definitions. When a person has no logical argument with truthful evidence, then they resort to this illogical fallacy. Donald Trump both espouses and practices in his own life Capitalism. To be a Communist, he would have to begin speaking favorably of Communism, and using the government to take over the means of production.
When a government such as the United States has the most powerful army in the world, it is not Communism when they are dependent on foreign companies to make their weapons. It is a strategic need that forces them to do that.
Donald Trump’s government directives to help rare mineral mining for example is necessary because China has slowly cornered the market in that industry, and the American companies that were doing that mining in the past has shut down their operations because of China. So Trump’s actions are not Communism but smart Capitalism. Notice that the US government is not taking away these businesses’ machinery and places of business. He is making tax help for these companies, placing tariffs on China, etc.
An example of projection is when a person who has broken the law and is being arrested by police accuse those policemen of they themselves breaking the law. Sometimes police do not follow legal procedures, but when that happens very often the charges against the person they are arresting are dropped so the district attorneys for the state counsel the police excessively so that their case will not be thrown out. So this accusation is a logical fallacy.
Dodging
Dodging is the practice of denying the true activities and positions of one’s own self. In the world of politics, evidence of the person doing the dodging in their own recorded words is the best defense. These people are just liars. Bring the truth of what they have said back to haunt them. Everybody makes mistakes. But when somebody makes a mistake, they should issue a public, heartfelt apology. Moreover, when people presume to enter public office and govern, their discernment, i.e not making mistakes because they are wiser than others, is exactly what is at issue. If they are better than others, then their own words and past actions should support that wisdom being present and constantly used in their own lives.
Rhetoric is simply words that try to convince whether they do convince or do not convince. Positions and practices cannot be flipped back and forth at will which ever is convient at the moment. The words of such a person are as worthless as that person is worthless. There is a price that the person pays in losing the image of being a wise person when they have to change their position. If they go back and forth between positions several times in a short period of time, then they cannot discern where the correct position is, thus negating their reputation and their value in governing. If they are constantly apologizing for their actions, positions, and words, then their wisdom is doubtful.
In this tactic, words and their definitions are twisted from their meanings. For example, the left has used the dodge of communist, socialist, facist, Nazi and racist against so many people in contexts that are so far from the real meaning of those words that the lables now mean nothing except “I don’t like you”. The only basis or reason is personal dislike.
To counter this dodging, the good person needs to repeat the actual words that the bad person has said, or the deeds that they have done. You cannot denounce crime and practice those same crimes at the same time. Crime is disobeying what the law is, and that law is made by our government, the Congress and the President signing it into law. Whatever is law, we are obliged to obey.
For examle, our laws on immigration are very clear and have been made over many years where both political parties have been participating in the making of those laws, and at any time one or the other party was in power, that party could have changed, clarified, or nullified those immigration laws.
When a liberal accuses an ICE agent of being a Nazi, fascist, Communist, etc., or just breaking the law which he is blocking or hindering the federal officer from doing his job, he practicing dodging. He himself is breaking the law, and when confronted, he accuses the federal officer of being the law breaker.
If you examine the cases of immigration agents and the death of someone while trying to apprehend an illegal, you will notice a pattern. The status of an illegal alien, or a foreigner with a valid Visa but he overstayed his Visa, or he broke the conditions of that Visa by breaking the law, this status is never in doubt. Immigration officers apprehend these people only after no other way of confronting them is possible. For example, when a foreigner (worse if he is illegally present) commits some common crime like domestic abuse, robbery, drug use, driving while under the influence, etc., and he is in a local jail, immigration prefers to take him into immigration custody once that local jail releases him. In the immigration offices, they confront him and usually deport that person. The moving of the foreigner from one custody to another is controlled and without possibly of hidden weapons nor easy escape nor intervention of third parties that have no reason to be involved. When the local sheriff refuses to work with Immigration (that local sheriff is breaking the federal law), then immigration has to recapture that criminal in the street.
But examine the deaths during these street recaptures. There is always a resisting of arrest by either the protesters or the criminal alien person of interest. That in itself permits the federal officer to use deadly force to apprehend the person and also to protect themselves. Nobody likes that, and the Democrat party is who is behind these altercations. They are the ones behind local law enforcement not working with immigration. All illegal activities.
But that permission to use deally force is what the law gives to officers of the lawin these situations. A person sought for confrontation by immigration or local law enforcement loses if they flee or aggressively oppose their capture. That has nothing to do with illegal aliens. Any American citizen that is sought for confrontation by law enforcement will suffer equally when they resist arrest. If the criminal has a child with them, it makes no difference, the child is taken into custody and separated from the adult. The process does not change because the criminal is a US citizen or a foreigner. Justice is the same treatment for everyone.
Ask any knowing lawyer, and he will always tell you, do not resist arrest. Go to the station with them willing and cooperate, and ask for a lawyer. Their defence is in a lawyer, in the law defending them in the matter. Even if they are guilty of something, still go that route.
So why are these confrontations happening? The answer is very simple. These illegals have no basis in the law. They have broken our immigration laws, and need to be deported. Since they do not have the American law on their side, they resist, they run. Any public figure that supports illegals avoiding obeying the law of the land, the immigration laws that their political party has been equally involved in making into law is a hypocrite.
Part of the dodge is to insist in you being right no matter how far from the truth that is. They chant, “Nobody is above the law.” That is a dodge. They are proclaiming their own submission and adherence to the law, but while they are chanting that, the obvious and clear laws that have been on our books for 50+ years concerning immigration, they are working exactly against those laws.
If you understand this, you cannot support any political party, nor any individual politician if they are promoting breaking the laws of the land. They are hupocrites, and you cannot trust them in anything that they do in Congress.

Covetousness is Idolatry an article explaining from the Bible viewpoint how covetousness is a religion unto itself, worshiping money instead of the true God of the Bible. This foundational understanding helps believers to identify the false prophet and reject and flee from their deceptive ministries.
