Newsom’s acting like a Dictator King

Newsom attacks ICE’s presence in his state, but they are doing their federally mandated job in his state, and Newsom insinuates that they are essentially terrorists. But we need to balance this stance with the Democrats’ own alternate attack; nobody is above the law. We would think that they are sufficiently coherent as not to support opposing positions. We are assuming wrongly. Both positions contradict each other.

The federal law is simply that only those with US citizenship can enter and live in our country without getting immigration permission from the U.S. Department of immigration. There is a procedure, and if a non-US citizen cannot legally get one of these permissions, their entry into the United States is illegal, and they are breaking the law. Working here is also illegal activity. The only government entity that can grant citizenship, a green card, or a visitor visa is US immigration. That is the law; those are the facts.

In the United States, federal law always take force over state law.

California is helpless and impotent if they want to change these laws. The laws were made by Congress years before anybody alive today was born. These immigration laws were discussed, investigated, and into law by Republican and Democrat lawmakers. Both parties were involved, and according to our laws, Congress voted it into law, and the corresponding president at the time signed it into law.
So what sanctuary states and cities are doing is opening insurrection against the United States laws. Newson is making himself a king over California. He is making himself above the law. People do accuse their opposition of doing what they are doing so that it will pain their opposition to speak the truth. Nonetheless, Newsom is setting himself up as a king dictator. He is not obeying the laws of the land. When it comes to welfare for California, he wants to force the federal government to give him his share. When it comes to immigration law, he ignores it totally.
Moreover, his motive is transparent. He is making illegal aliens to be above the law, i.e. criminals, because he is protecting them and their criminal activities. Perhaps the worst criminal activity is foreign illegal nationals, whom the law restricts from voting, and who are voting multiple times in our elections. Yet this is again a Newsom king action where he refuses to obey the laws of our land that he doesn’t like at the moment.
Additionally, Newsom and the California Democrats are using the presence of illegal aliens in California to add Representatives in the House because they are being counted as citizens in the census. These Democrats also are illegaly requesting and getting federal aid and welfare for them. So this is actually breaking the law, with a financial aspect to it.
Additionally, all non-citizens that work in the United States have to have immigration permission before they enter the country and before they start a United States job. Working in the country always produces a tax burden, and these illegals are not always paying those taxes. It is hypocritical for Newsom to help illegals avoid US laws and federal taxes, but he makes them pay California state and municipal taxes. So it would appear that Newsom and California are essentially acting in a criminal manner, and worst of all, they are bold and defiant in their criminality.
If Newsom is not setting himself up as a king dictator, then let him order his government and California police to help US immigration all that they can. That, by the way, is the law. Anything short of that is a crime. When Newsom makes a California state law that violates a federal law, i.e., aiding or abetting an illegal alien to stay in the country and avoiding immigration, then Newsom is forcing all his police to make a loyalty test: you obey the California governor above the US federal law and the Constitution, above our country’s laws.
What will happen if California gets a Republican governor or if the federal government finally comes in and finally enforces the law? These police were following Newsom’s orders. Will Newsom defend them legally? Newsom doesn’t have the law on his side. How can he defend them? They will be caught in the middle. About the only option they will have is to flee California for some other Democrat state.
The same situation is brewing with California state, county, and municipal employees. They are involved in the crime of giving federal aid to foreign nationals who are not citizens, and federal law prohibits foreigners from receiving federal aid like SNAP, welfare, housing aid, medical aid, etc. So Newsom himself is a dictator king that has to be dethroned.
ICE is doing its federally mandated jobs under the Constitution, and Newsom is breaking the law. Newsom has no authority to do what he is doing, and US immigration does have every right to do its job. What makes all this even worse is that Newsom wants to be president of the United States and impose his same lawlessness upon all 50 states.

Are there abuses in the implementation of immigration doing its job?

The potential for abuse exists. Are Gavin Newsom and the California Democrat government potentially breaking their own laws? Yes. Should we disband the state government? No. How about instead, we simply start enforcing the point that nobody is above the law and investigating and prosecuting those that break the law? In this case, Newsom and his cohorts.
These people are extreme hypocrites. They physically oppose immigration by getting in their way and using violence against ICE doing their legal jobs, and then they want to wage lawfare against them. Yet Newsom, the Democrats, and their useful idiots are the ones who are breaking the law. You cannot remove yourself from the obligation to obey the law just because it is a federal law that you don’t like. These same people will sue the federal government if they get left out or have their state’s dole of welfare reduced. They hate federal law but are addicted to federal aid.
Let immigration investigate their own mishaps as per the law. These investigations need to happen (as they need to happen every time a police officer shoots somebody) but through the proper channels without being a witch hunt. We are a nation of laws, and the people who were harmed have their rights, and every police or immigration officer has their rights as well. When a third party gets hurt because they are trying to protect a criminal, that enforcement officer’s use of deadly force is justified, and the officer should not receive any penalty or harm.
But only disinterested, honest judges and their fellow enforcement officers, who set what the right procedure in these situations is, are the only ones to judge them. If the law is wrong, let the entire Congress change the law; otherwise, obey the law that exists.
