Should ICE not do their job in New York?

Let’s say Republicans are strongly against illegals getting federal benefits (which is illegal, against our laws), so if Republicans say welfare has no place in California, Chicago, or New York. Let’s prohibit any welfare distribution in those places. The question at the bottom of this issue is the law. What does the law obligate us to do? Actually, the president of the United States is in a forceful situation. He absolutely has to fulfill the law. He is not a king, but if he were to be a king or think himself a king, then he would take all the laws passed by Congress and simply execute the ones he likes and ignore the rest. This is precisely what Joe Biden did in his presidency. Donald Trump is executing the immigration laws that have been on the books, passed by Congress and signed by presidents at the time of their passing, and should be fully in force. What a sanctuary city, state, or even the idea (sanctuary courts) is that somehow some political governing entity can act like a king and ignore the law in force over them.

But if we apply the same thing that the anti-immigration crowd wants to do with ICE to welfare, then we do away with all welfare in New York as well. Would that be good? Donald Trump has pulled funding from sanctuary Democrat enclaves because they are disobeying the immigration laws, and he is using that as a force. But if we do to welfare what some want for ICE, that would mean the states and cities would get zero federal dollars for welfare recipients. What would the Democrat reaction be? Not good. Just because some people don’t like what a federal agency does (under a mandate from Congress) doesn’t mean they stop doing their jobs.

Personally, I think President Donald Trump should start jailing government functionaries and law enforcement when they refuse to cooperate with the federal ICE authorities. In other words, Gavin Newsome should be in a jail cell. Once that point is made clear that those who refuse to obey our laws is made through example, people will start cooperating with the federal authorities. In our country there is only one way to correctly disband ICE. That is through Congress making it into law, and since the immigration laws go back into the Constitution, the Democrats need to make a Constitution Congress and change the Constitution. Since they don’t have the support to do that, not in Congress nor among the American citizens, they should be taught a lesson in how our government works.

But let’s continue thinking about what would happen if we changed our laws and disbanded ICE permanently. What about the naturalization of new foreigners arriving in New York? They would have to go to a neighboring state to do that, and when they complain that ICE is not to exist in New Jersey either?

This entire complaint against ICE is against our system of government. These politicians make a vow before God to uphold the Constitution, which gives immigration their authority and mission. When a politician decries the existence and work of ICE, which derives its existence and mission from Congress and the Constitution, that politician has broken his oath of office and should be destituted from his office. This faithfully fulfilling the demands of the Constitution and the laws of our land made by our government system is not optional, but it is essential. Fail to uphold it, you should be out of office immediately.

These are the same people who complain that nobody is above the law, yet they themselves are living above the law, and they are protecting people who break our laws by entering illegally and working illegally.

Moreover, they are frustrating and endangering law enforcement from doing their job. That in itself breaks more laws.

So the problem needs to be clearly defined. ICE is doing their work very well. What people are complaining about is their removal and deportation of illegal aliens. But the shootings in the street when ICE detains an illegal alien could be prevented if the detainers were honored by Democrat police, cities, states, etc. They have to detain them in the streets, with these illegals in their cars using them as weapons, and the federal enforcement agents have to shoot them to defend themselves. There should be no outcry over this. The outcry should be that this is unnecessary if Democrats let their law enforcement agents cooperate with ICE. The Democrats want an issue to put on the front page of news media the next day. That is the tragedy of all this. For a news clip, some foreigner lost their life. The Democrats need to be held responsible for their irresponsibility in these actions.

They are the same people crying that we will not accept people being a king-dictator over us. Yet these capricious acts by them are precisely what a dictator king would do. They are setting themselves up as kings who make their owns law what, when and how they want.

We must call out these people for their hypocrisy.
