Justice means that the same treatment is shown to all parties. Both favors and duress is distributed equally. When a person frustrates government processes and functioning (the law) then the government should show duress towards that person. A criminal disobeys the law, he should be reprimanded. If he continues and grows more bold in his opposition to law and order, he should be financially penalized, physical restricted, and even encarcelated for opposing law and order.

The press is not being restricted by Donald Trump. What is happening is the press is seeking to frustrate and scandalizing every breathe, word and action of the Trump administration.

Obama and Biden did not allow the press that were opposite of their administrations to even be in the press conferences even though they were not doing this to the same degree that the liberal press has done to Trump.

Justice is that everybody gets fair treatment which is the same irrespective of their political position.

But note, the presidential press gathering is what is a favor from the president to the press. The press has an obligation on their part to “play nice” be respectful of the president and his officers because of the favor. Trump has had to put press secretaries in place to defend him because of th aggressive nature of their questions. This aggressive nature is not called for.

Democrats want to let illegal aliens into our country to display citizens, and so they can win elections. Abusive questions to scandalize a federal agency that has been around from before anyone alive today was born is not called for. It wastes time and energy. But the individual press involved see it as their moment in fame. Their business depends on it. Trump is cutting them off at the feet.

If CNN for example, asked decent questions that are not loaded, they could get back in. What would that look like? Questions that would allow the presidential press secretary to reveal information and facts, intentions and future direction. To clarify what is going on.

The questions that are wrong are not wanting unknown new information but are an argument, an attack against current policy that the newsperson disagrees with. The newperson has to declare information and then ask why? Assuming that their view is truthful, and Trump is wrong. They ask questions that they don’t expect answers to because their entire point is to accuse the President. That is not what that forum is about. It is not its purpose.

That kind of debate over policy should be in Congress, before a law is voted on. That is our system of government. Our laws should not be decided in one sided diatribes in the press. Free press is not the liberal press filling all the environment with their opinions only. Free press is opposing positions are freely heard. Did we have free press under Obama and Biden? No.

If there were opposing positions, they were restricted as disinformation. Remember that day? Donald Trump, involved in running for president and putting forth his policy positions was blocked from doing so on Twitter. Was that free press? Democrats need to get a notebook and write their positions down because they seem to forget what they themselves have done just a short time ago.

Should Donald Trump throw CNN out of the presidential press favored group? Absolutely. Why? Because they have been disrespectful both in asking questions and in how they take the information given and how they use it. You can not be in agreement with somebody but maintain tespect at all times. The real problem is that Democrats have no policies that actually work. Donald Trump does. Since Democrats have no valid plans, policies, nor anything that works and people are noting that, they have to use shady attacks with illogical arguments. That is all that is left to them.

This is not even about just disrepecting Donald Trump. These news people are not respectful people in general and their contact with the public should stop. Stop listening to them if they cannot give the news respectfully. Stop giving them a platform to disrespect orhers including orher Democrats they disagree with.

News organizations are not 100% opinion instruments. They should reveal truthful facts without entering yellow journalism. Yellow journalism is white black and white truth is so presented as to make it an opinion. The truth becomes lost in the creative manipulation of its presentation. Information is cherry picked to convince. The news is slanted to make the listener take the slanted side of things. Good news is hidden because it frustrates the goals behind yellow journalism. Bad information is magnified because it achieves the goal. In the end, at some time, facts and truth are so totally twisted that nothing can be believed neither good nor bad. That is where we are today.
