As the above news article points out and as I have posted in the past, there is definitely election fraud in the practice of our elections. While this would appear to be heavily sided towards Democrats, it makes no matter which party is using this to affect our elections, we the people should oppose it and do everything in our abilities to counter this election fraud. Passing the SAVE act will go a long way toward addressing this abuse. It makes no difference how many fraud cases there are, the entire ability of people to fraud and illegally vote should be protected against.

Nobody is Above the Law

From the founding of our country and looking at many other countries (almost all countries), we see overwhelming weight that non-citizens cannot vote in the elections of a country. These countries always make this part of their election laws. When the Democrats proclaim that illegal aliens (not even with a Green card nor a tourist visa) can vote, they are breaking our laws. If the Democrat party would be honest, they would try to amend the US Constitution if they are so sold on this practice. But as they know, and as every sane person knows, this would never pass. It is just illogical.

What happens when you let anybody vote, anybody become American citizens? You have Muslims come in and gather a voting block and get put into public office, e.g. Mamdani for example. While this is a plan for them, what they do not understand is that once they become a political force, they will break with the Democrat party, form their own party, and fight against Republicans and Democrats equally. They cannot be thinking sanely if they think anything else will happen. It won’t. This is taking place before our eyes in New York.

But part of our (Western Civilization’s) foundation is the equally of treatment of one person versus another. The key limiting concept is we are all equal as long as we are talking about American Citizens. As for foreigners, they have no rights to our welfare, nor to a lot of other things a citizen has, like the right to work. Even a temporary legal stay in our country obligates them to also follow our laws. This is in every country in the world, so why would we permit any exception? We wouldn’t if we were smart, logical, and understood our founding principles.

If I, as a citizen, have restrictions on voting, a certain time, place, etc., then why do these election laws get ignored or just plain broken by illegal aliens. I cannot vote but once per election, and I can only vote in the country where I live and am registered, and I cannot register in more than one. California has marches of Latins saying vote Democrat, and vote many times in each election. This practice is accepted because it is a Democrat dominated state. Why do they allow people to vote without voter ID. If any person goes into a courtroom to do any legal business, the judge and lawyers want the people involved in the proceedings to identify themselves with valid ID. Why is that not followed for voting which is just as important? You cannot open a bank account, a loan, buy a car, etc. without valid ID. Why the exception? Why do Democrats at times close their own functions to everybody except those who present valid IDs? Obama presidential library required ID to get in.

Our Law is to Prosecute those who Break our Election Laws

Election laws are no different from any other law. Nobody is above the law also refers to election laws. Why do Democrats get a pass at this, and Republicans are hounded that they have to follow the election laws to the most minor of points? It is because Democrats do not personally believe nobody is above the law, they only use that saying to attack whomever are against them.
