Overview
One of the things that we need to keep in mind is that law enforcement and the courts pursuing criminal activity understands explicitly this kind of situation, i.e. the head criminal (often of a criminal gang family) keeps himself personally free from acts and situations that would be easy to charge the head guy. They use family members to act as a stand in for them, putting that person at risk and keeping the kingpin out of immediate danger.
The courts and law enforcement see the enrichment of family members and even friends of the kingpin (working for him) as being in essence the kingpin’s agents, and all guilt goes back to the kingpin.
The Joe Biden, Hunter Biden Business Relationship
So there is no doubt that Joe and Hunter are in a business relationship together. They do not hide that fact. That being the case, when Hunter gets a job where he has no experience, no training in, and they are paying him millions of dollars for no real work, that is exactly a bribe. The fact that Hunter is selling influence with his father, President of the United States, makes this a federal crime. How can we gloss over the facts which not only are the Bidens open about this, but public US policy was held hostage (a gift of a billion dollars to Ukraine was held up until they removed the state prosecutor from investigating Hunter and Bursima). That is a fact. But just so those who blindly defend Joe Biden, Joe bragged about him holding hostage that government grant until they laid off the investigation on his son. If there were any doubt that Joe and Hunter are in business together, and Joe Biden uses his position as president (then vice president) to protect his business interests as well as enrich their family, that should have shut down all people who want to defend the Bidens.
Chinese Loans.
The problem with these issues is that Hunter Biden is doing business dealings with state entities which seem to be benefitting the Biden family. Hunter flies with his family to make these business contacts, and with the fact of the difficulty of doing business with these entities at all, it smells of illegal use of the offices of the United States.
Again, these scams are very well known in criminal prosecution circles. Somebody makes a loan with no interest, and they don’t have to pay it off. That is just bribery. Note that in the world of gangsters, whenever the public figure has been bribed, anything they do that is not in the best interests of the gangster family, the gangsters come back and wants blood. They don’t just want money, but they are dealing in death threats. That is potentially what China has on the Bidens, and don’t be surprised if something happens to the Bidens when China get upset. China, as a country, is having severe financial problems. The billion and half dollar loan that China made to Hunter (what happened to that money? Hookers and drugs?) would really be useful to China now. It is hard to understand how so many millions and billions of dollars has passed through Hunter Biden’s hands, and even so, what has he retained from all of that?

But in legal thinking, the courts say that public officials cannot do these things legally, and even “the appearance” of such improper acts is illegal in itself. How does Joe Biden get a pass on this? Just because he is a Democrat? As the Democrats raised the mantra against Donald Trump, “Nobody is above the law.” Why does Congress have to go after Democrat crooks like Senator Mendez before the justice department will do any prosecutions? Because the Democrats say “Nobody is above the law.” but what they really mean is “No Republican is above the law, but that doesn’t apply to any Democrat.“
