In the article I linked to in Breitbart, the article gives the information for the well established practice of ignoring the law for illegal aliens, and forcing a draconian set of laws on American citizens. There is a great difference between just being entertained by the news, and digesting the news. How does a particular news article affect me more than the moment I read it.

Nobody is Above the Law

This meme or saying captures a lot of the essence of the American political and legal system. Justice for all should be clearly founded on the laws that apply to one person has to apply to all people. Unfortunately, the Democrats use this saying as a club to attack anybody that is their opposition in their eyes. The typical Democrat understands this saying as meaning to him, “Everybody who opposes me is not above the law, and I (my party) will use the full extent of the law to destroy that oppositor.” So those who are not Democrats need to also understand this when they hear Democrats raise this battle cry against their enemies. They are hypocrites to the nth degree. You cannot take them as being honest, and above all, they are not in any way faithfully fulfilling our laws, but rather they are abusing our country by abusing and misusing our laws.

Why do Illegals Get a Pass on the Laws?

The article is about Los Angeles implementation of their own laws. All of these laws are made by Democrats who control California absolutely. If the law were beneficial to Republicans, at least they are protecting their own Democrat people. But the regular restaurants that pay their taxes, fulfill the country health codes, building codes, etc., all are Democrats. So this is the thing to meditate on. This crime and hypocrisy is Democrat against Democrat. Why are they doing this?

The Democrat System is Built on Bribes

The first point is that while the article does not bring this out, those big restaurants who are under all the laws of the Democrats are also exempt. Many of them. But their exemption from the laws, Democrat laws made by Democrats for Democrats, is based on what kick-back have you given me lately? In other words, the most generous Democrat donors who own restaurants, the Democrat politicians who own restaurants, they also are exempt. That is how their system works. So the gist of this is that Democrats lie when they cry “Nobody is above the law.” They themselves, the Democrat politicians, are the ones who they themselves consider themselves as being above the law, and moreover, they decide who will get a pass on having to obey the law.

In other words, the ones who are robbing, stealing, or just breaking the laws in their lust for financial gain, have no allegiance to the law. They use the law against their opponents when possible, but then they ignore the law when it benefits them. Even benefitting other Democrats is conditioned on who will vote for them, who will fund their campaigns. That element moves all politics (in any political party). While people like Obama come into a political office poor, and leave wealth (Ilhan Omar also appears to be working on that basis), Obama got millions in a contract with Netflix, and Obama didn’t produce anything on Netflix that is making that kind of money to justice the contract.

We look at Donald Trump, a billionaire entering office, but he has taken a large financial hit in his personal networth over the years in office. While maybe something he has done in a non-governmental thing like Truth Social is making him money, you have to admit that he probably would be many billions richer if he were to have never entered politics.

Rep. Omar Ilhan went from less than a million dollar new worth to 6 to 30 million gain in a single year, to now she has amended that down to $18k to 95k. How does that work? She is just grabbing numbers from the air or what? Her husband’s worth is much less than hers.

So how do people come into public office earning $100-200k per year, and make a net increase of millions and millions of dollars? It is because their public office goal is to enrich themselves. They sell their political power for riches. That is what it appears. That is why Congress has made self-disclosure laws, which again, it would appear that politicians have a lot of problems disclosing their profit while in office. Nancy Pelosi also is an example of out beating all the best investment firms in the country, and she is a full time politician. How does she do that? By knowing through her congressional work which stocks to invest in and divest herself from. There is no other option for justice here except that politicians have to be prohibited from investing in the stock market.

What is a Political Bribe?

What politicians (from all parties) are doing is that they are offering different groups of people money, benefits, and other advantages in order to get those people’s votes. This is the way politics work today, but should it be? The system should not be inclined towards a certain subgroup of people. America is the land of opportunity. But it should not be the opportunity is conditioned on voting for a particular political party. Moreover, it should not be conditioned on having to make donations to a particular political party or person. But so often that is the connection that eventually comes to light.

Equality in Responsibility and Treatment

What is the difference between a street vendor of hot dogs and a restaurant? The key element in inversion in their own business. The street vendor invests next to nothing in a small cart with wheels. The wheels are the important thing to note. As the article brought out, when they sell food that causes people to get sick, the health inspectors don’t even try to track them down because they are just gone. With a restaurant, they are anchored to a building, and they have a rent contract or own the building, so they cannot escape responsibility.

Making the Laws “Convenient”

So why make a law if you are not going to enforce it? The reason people in power do this is because they are using lawfare. They very well know that they are not going to going “full court” against illegal street vendors. But it is not because they cannot do that, they can. All they have to do is require a business permit on the cart, and have police and health inspectors walk through the around where they frequently sell. But that is not a problem. The problem is that Democrats think in terms of favored groups. These favored groups are the ones voting for them and putting or keeping them in office. So when you see this kind of thing, you need to understand, they have no idea what a democracy is. They have no idea what equal justice for all is.

Minneapolis Fraud

If we consider this topic in the context of the Minneapolis fraud, which is very small in comparison to California fraud, why didn’t the Democrats in political and legal power shut down the fraud? Rep. Omar Ilhan had a restaurant business involved in some of that, and although we cannot say what is what until the courts determine guilt or innocence, but the point is very accute. Democrats are getting funding and votes from those crooks who are breaking the law under their noses, and the law system does nothing about it.

Remedy

The remedy to these problems is not a vigilante approach, but simply demand that the legal system execute the laws of the land. This is why Donald Trump is in office a second time. Biden opened the border to illegals entering, breaking our immigration laws. The solution is to enforce the laws already on the books. Biden basically said there is nothing we can do, let them all come in. Why was there any need for a new immigration law? The laws already on the books were not being enforced, so you have to fix that first. That is what Trump did.

Defunding ICE is Pouring Gasoline on a Fire

So the Democrat party as a whole wants to defund and completed get rid of ICE. Hollywood supports that very same thing. Why? Democrats brag to everybody about their position is nobody is above the law Our laws prohibit foreigners from entering and staying in our country without going through the process with immigration, and if for whatever reason Immigration decides a particular person should not be allowed in the country, that foreigner has no recourse except to leave. That is the law. But Democrats what to make all foreigners have a pass on that law.

So my question to the Democrats is this, is your saying really true, is it what you really believe and practice? Nobody is above the law? If it is what you believe and practice, why do sanctuary cities and states even exist? They are 100% Democrat enclaves. Why do Democrat politicians, sitting Congressmen and Congresswomen protest at ICE facilities? Are these people in ICE not just doing their jobs? So if they are upholding the law, why are Democrats protesting them? Hindering them in every way possible? Why do ICE agents wear masks? You can imagine it is because they are thugs and crooks, but they have badges showing their legal job. There is no reason why an illegal should run or try to run over a government employee doing his job. The cases of this happening has not been illegals always, but American citizens (Democrats) that are fighting government employees doing their jobs. So we have to call out the Democrats for even pretending to practice “nobody is above the law” when their voting blocks in Democrat cities and states are heavily aliens, illegal or recently naturalized, or Green card aliens. These people all line up for the Democrats.

What we learn from Plattner and Mamdani

A really interesting point is what is happening with Plattner and Mamdani. With Plattner, we are seeing that Democrats just want power. They have no standards for the people that they use to get that power. A Nazi, a rapist, whatever is fine if they can get elected. When they no longer serve the Democrat party, they sell them under the bus. Get rid of them. With Mamdani, this is taken even further down the road. These American Social Democrats are wanting to replace the Democrat leadership of their own party. Chuck Shummer is under their sights. So they are carnivorous, that is they consume their own when it is convenient for them. They have no loyalty except to what benefits each person at any given point in time. This reminds me of the current Prime Minister of China that makes “opponents” of his in the very same Communist Party as well as military generals, “disappear” if their support of him isn’t acceptable. They made their bed, so sleep in it!
