Is America Obligated to Accept all Immigrants that Want to Come? Are we obligated? Isn’t that a US right to choose who comes in?

There is a thinking afoot that the United States is obligated to accept any migrant of any personal character quality into the United States because it is that migrant’s “right”. To be very specific here, the United States is based on a set of principles, and the country is obligated to follow those principles as the founders set things up to work. The specific application and understanding, working plan, of those principles are not up for grabs, being defined by anybody anywhere in the world for the purposes of those foreigners. There is a firm foundation that these principles ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE UNITED STATES. You cannot demand that foreigners are included when they do not go down the legal road of entry and follow the conduct of US citizens once in the country.

It is wrong that US citizens pay taxes for everything, and people who do not bear the brunt of paying for these taxes define what is what for us. They bring nothing to the table, and the generations long taxpayers pay and suffer for everything. My country, my government should defend my best interests, and opening the door of immigration wide open to everybody just so the Democrats can stay in power is a crime.

I find this article wrong on so many counts. Breitbart revealed the truth here. But their thinking, the people pushing this craziness, is wrong.

Understanding the Difference Between Countries

The fundamental fallacy in the thinking of these people is that they do not understand the difference between countries. You are not a citizen of a country just because you say so. While foreigners in this discussion often appropriate to themselves US citizenship perhaps never having ever stepped in the country nor have tried to visit or immigrate there, they are not entitled to the rights and privileges of the United States. They are not citizens. Citizenship cannot be handed out as pieces of candy in a Thanksgiving Day parade.

Over the years, liberal minded US politicians have given away great amounts of money to other countries “in order to help them.” Whether this is good or bad can be debated, but because the US has done that does not mean that the recipients are entitled to that. They have no rights. There is no authority over the US and their government to demand or make the US to continue or to not ask for concessions in return. Over the years, the US has had debates about foreign aid to a particular country. For example, at one point, the US gave a lot of money to different African nations in need. Upon years of receiving this aid, it was discovered that the poor starving people in Africa that the aid was meant for, were not getting that free food. Intermediaries in that country (nationals from that country) were receiving it, and then selling it at high prices to their own people and to other countries in order to profit from it.

The US make conditions so that this kind of thing would not repeat. When a donor gives a gift to somebody, not selling the item, but giving it for free, it is totally correct to make conditions. If you see a homeless person asking for money for something to eat, you can give him $20, or you can condition the gift on the point that he has to buy food with it and not drugs nor alcohol. Wise people just don’t do either, they go to a corner store and buy some food and give it to them, and watch him open it and begin eating. Even wiser people understand that they are begging, and the money that they get they are using for drugs. So even if the person eats the food you buy them, the next donation they get from somebody else will go to drugs and not for food, because you have filled his stomach. So the remedy is not food, but lies somewhere else. Changing the moral character of the person involved.

A country has to be a Homogenous Group of People

While every country is made up of different people, there has to be some kind of common ground for them to exist in the same political and economic system. If they have no common ground, then there will be unlimited problems that won’t go away. Things get even worse if there are groups of people in the same country that are diametrically opposed one to another. This is what we have seen constantly over the years in the Middle East. Can you imagine Jews living in Iran, and what kind of peace or conflict there would be? Even living miles apart, the two nations are at war.

To understand the Middle East problem well, years ago Henry Kissenger went to the Middle East and tried to sit down with both sides and negotiate peace. He asked the Muslim leader what would it take for him to be at peace. His answer was the death of all Jews. How can you live in peace when one side is hate crazy? Israel wants to live in peace in its own country. But they understand the craziness of the Arabs around them. Without weapons, armies, and the real threat of war, those countries would destroy Israel instantly. The incursion into Israel on October 7 where they killed and kidnapped so many is just a normal thing for the Muslim. They glory in the gore, torture, and death that they did that day. The Jew lives with this forever. The United States is number two on the Muslim hate list, and every non-Muslim country following. They are all on the conqueror or destroy or both list. Even between Muslim states, the same hate and aggression is seen constantly between Muslim and Muslim. That is how those people are. Where they are they constantly planning for their religion to dominate.

When we turn to immigration, the problem becomes acute. How do you let a Muslim into a free country like the United States? Will he do what is in his nature, what he is religiously taught to do? Even if he gives you assurances that he won’t, that he will obey the laws of the land, that is what they are taught to say. They are taught to lie, cheat, steal, and kill. Their religion commands them to do that. So the person who believes the Muslim will simply be hurt one way or another for trusting them. Chuck Shumer and the Democrats of New York are learning that lesson the hard way these days. The Muslims in the Democrat party are turning against the established Democrat leadership wanting their overthrow. Muslims in their place. Once the Muslim immigrants get a sufficiently large enough group of them to form a voting block, they take over and press out all non-Muslims. That is what we will see soon or are already seeing in the Democrat party, a.k.a. The Democrat Socialist Party overtaking the Democrat Party.

Muslims want to repress women, their philosophical and religious opposition, etc. with violence. In Muslim countries, the crime of throwing boiling water or hot oil or acid into the face of a rebellious woman is common. It is not a crime under Sharia law. The moral norms that are present there, to make that not passable, but obligatory, in their country and culture, just doesn’t fit with American culture and laws. The conflict is a train wreck. But those pro-immigration people just cannot see it. Actually they do see it, but they are in favor of Muslims and Islam, and they would love for the US laws to be thrown out or just ignored, and Sharia law take over in its place. Today’s Democrat hates America and wants to see its downfall. They think that the riches that the United States represent is totally distinct and separate from the form of government we have, and from capitalism. They want control of those riches without any restrictions.

Within this mess of conflicting cultures is the issue of religion. Many want to say that the United States is not Christian. There is no declared religion in the US. While it is very true that the founders of the US came from England which had the declared religion of Anglicanism, and that was forced on everybody, that is not the correct understanding for the US. I mention in passing that Catholicism forced the Inquisition upon the European nations where Catholicism was the state religion. In the Americas, the Spanish conquerors (being Catholic) killed the native indians of these lands if they didn’t convert to Catholicism. The United States was founded not as a religionless state, but as a state that demands respect for different people’s religions. The government, the law, and the citizens MUST respect other people’s different religion from their own.

While the United States does not impose one set religion on all of its people, we should undertand that it also does not mean it forces all of its people to be “religionless”, or i.e. you are atheistic or worship the US government as your God and Lord. Many politicians seem to understand that the government has taken over the position of God in the citizens’ lives (common among Communist nations). That is not what the founding fathers wanted either. Can we change what the founding fathers setup? Yes. Why would we want to? If the group deciding these changes is not your particular religion, then you should be against it. Even if the Muslims take control politically of the United States, and they do what their declared goal is, force all US people into Islam, which flavor of Islam? Even among themselves, the war, aggression, jocking for power, and the jocking to demise any Muslim that is not your particular flavor will continue. That is chaos and bad. That is why Muslim countries do not progress, why they live brutal, caveman like lives many times.

Here’s the Rub

When a Muslim lives legally in the United States, they want the conversion or death of all non Muslims. In Europe, those Myslim  neighborhoods where they have a sufficient Muslim majority, they impose Muslim sharia law, to the extent that they even take the life of people that break Muslim laws. Several years back a choffer who drove somebody into a Muslim neighborhood in England and was waiting on the sideway for his ride to return took out his lunch, a hot dog, and was eating it. This was during the Muslim holiday of Ramadan, when they fast and Muslims don’t eat pork. The shop owners beat him to death. There were video cameras recording the entire thing. Local police saw who killed the man from the videos and refused to do anything.

The point is that America is great because of the freedoms and respect of all their citizens towards all others. When that greatness aspect gets hijacked by some migrant or non migrant group, the country is no longer great and will fall.

Latin Invaders and their Bad Culture

When we look at the illegal immigrants that have come from Latin America, like Mexico, things are not much better. While they are not conquering the United States for Catholicism, they do bring in their culture, positive and negative. They live in their home countries with drug cartels and organized crime. They introduce that into the United States. You cannot expect foreigners to enter the United States and to not continue their same thinking of where they came from.

So the question they don’t want to answer is if they are immigrating to another country because their home country has serious problems, why do they want to make the United States into a little Mexico? Little China? Little Russia? Little Cuba? They are dragging their problems into their lives in the new country. They have to break from their culture, their language, their problems and systems, their ways of living and governing if they are truly going to live better off. But these people rarely seem willing to do this. The formal process of immigration emphasizes to the immigrant that he is not a Mexican any more, but an American. He has to speak English, understand the basics of our political system and laws. That makes a good migrant.

President Claudia Sheinbaum of Mexico has used Mexican Consolates in the United States to keep these Mexican immigrants “connected” to Mexico, to their culture and political thinking, especially to her political party, and to vote in Mexican elections for her party. In the US, she wants them to vote for Democrats, because they are the party that most closely aligns with her political beliefs (which is socialism or straight out Communism). Why would the US want this? The smart people in the US are waking up to this fact, and they want somebody like Donald Trump to clean this mess up. Ask any Mexican in the United States, would they really want every detail of Mexican life, including the crime, drugs, and lack of freedoms in the United States. An honest Mexican would say no. If he is selling drugs and committing crimes he would say yes.

The Remedy

Sp the fixed very simply is to not let these radicals into the country in the first place. The immigration process has been set up to filter out those people who are starkly out of place in the United States.Yet the Democrats basically have made the process a shame. If you ask, you get in unilaterally without any questions or vetting.

The issue becoomes critical when enough Muslims enter the country legally or illegally that they form a voting block and put their own radicals into public office. Mamdani for example. Our political system allows for a wide acceptance of people from different viewpoints. Perhaps that is the flaw that will destroy our country. But a very important point in this is simply that all migrants have to assumilate into our system, speak English, and change their ideas of justice to what is US law. To what the general concept of law and order, and political government is. Othewise they have to leave. They should not be allowed in, not as citizens, not as workers, not as tourists. The US should not change the laws and principles of the entire country to satisfy the ideas of a few new immigrants. That is Mamdani’s goal. He is wrong and should be barred from this effort and deported and denaturalized.

What makes America greater than other countries is this idea of freedom for all. Equal freedom. What is justice for one person or group or conduct is the same rule used in judging all others. If Christians rose up and demanded death to Myslims, would the Muslims like that? No. Because that would not be equal, the same liberty shown to all. America cannot bow the knee to Islam and force the Islam religion on all, with the only other option besides becoming Muslim as death. Why do Muslims behead people under Muslim laws? Because they refuse to submit to Islam. That is not America and if America becomes that, it will cease to fairhful to its founding principles. It will cease to be great.
