Democrats have granted Citizenship to illegals Has the Democrat Party granted de facto citizenship to illegal aliens?

While America reels from the dizzying attacks by Democrats on America, we have to ask ourselves, when did illegal aliens get the rights of a United States Citizen? I mean, the news media today are brushing under the rug the obvious central issue in the Kilmar Abrego Garcia was in our country illegally. Whether he is/was an MS-13 gang member, or a leader in that gang has little bearing on the central issue of the case, he is an illegal.

People need to understand that Kilmar’s gang affiliations are just “the icing on the cake” and the central issue is that he is illegally in our country.

Why is this case getting such notoriety?

The Democrat party is in disarray today. They had a “winning team with Obama and Biden, and then Biden Harris, and then with Harris and her vice” but somehow they are losing America’s support for themselves. They cannot understand why.

To understand this, we need to understand the bigger game plan, and that is to influence American elections so that the Democrat Party always wins all elections and has all power, a single party dictatorship. Just consider for a moment all the Democrat total controlled states and cities where they have ruled unchallenged for a decade or more. Are they good places to live? Do they have good services, low crime, growing prosperous work environments, or are they dumps that sane people want to move away from? Go to San Francisco and walk on the streets downtown if you can avoid stepping in human feces and drug paraphernalia. That will decide your attitude on total Democrat controlled governments quickly.

So their plan is to import foreign people who will appreciate their Democrat government give-away plans for votes plans. Apparently, the Democrats are giving up on blacks, Hispanics, and women as their main supporting base. They greatly took a misstep when they decided on the woke and gays communities to be their replacements of these minorities. The gay community has misrepresented itself for a long time now. They presume to be a third of America, but when it comes to election day, their impact is very minor. They make a lot of noise, but they do not have the numbers to back that up.

So the Democrats have now taken up illegal aliens as their cherished defended group.

When did illegals get citizenship?

There is a lot of rhetoric in the news these days, but to sort through some of that to get a clear picture, we need to use discernment. Above all, the principle has to be that we are a nation of rules, principles, and laws. What this means is that we are not under a king that can decide one way, causing people to go to the dungeon because they are out of favor with the king, and later the king’s whim changes, and now they are back into glory, power, and money.

So any foreign national is under the same law as any other person in our country. Democrats are scheming to use the laws we have to benefit them in their eternal search for power and control. But this is their problem, it is the height of hypocrisy when “the law” comes down hard on one person, and then ignores the law when another is in the wrong.

Leticia James, the New York attorney that went after Donald Trump, is finding out that it is neither very pretty nor nice when the law comes down on her for breaking the law. She could not get a charge to stick against Trump, and at the same time, she was breaking the very same banking laws that she was using against Trump (lawfare).

The law works both ways or it works nothing

Her famous defense of her actions was, “Nobody is above the law.” Well, in a well working legal system in America, nobody is above the law. So Kilmar Abrego Garcia was in the country illegally or not? He was not legally in the United States. That has to be clear. Not being here legally, he should be deported back to his home country. THAT IS HIS HOME, AND HE HAS NO RIGHT TO CLAIM HIS HOME TO BE IN THE UNITED STATES!

Whether he is/was an MS-13 gang member (which is almost certain, he is connected with them) is secondary matter. Any foreigner applying for legal entry into the United States (for citizenship, a Green card, or even a tourist visa) is asked if they have any affiliations with gangs, drugs, drug cartels (those who sell drugs), prostitution, or human trafficking, and if they answer honestly and say yes, they petition is denied. If our immigration system finds that they answer dishonestly (no when there are those affiliations) then their petition is denied, and if they are already in the United States, they are summarily deported. This is how our immigration has works for decades, and it was decided by Congress, meaning that Democrats at one time were as much responsible for this immigration system (the immigration law) as Republicans.

When this can be manipulated by the Democrat media supporters, then it is turned on its head, such as in the case of Kilmar Abrego Garcia. This is all publicity to work for gaining votes in the midterms. Democrats have no winning plan, so they are delaying what Trump is doing until they can flip the House or the Senate at midterms, and totally stop him.

But we need to understand that the law works both ways (in all cases the same standards are applied) or it doesn’t work at all. We are living in a chaotic and shame country. Publicity about Garcia is being manipulated to make his case look like it is an abuse, an overreach. Is it? He is illegally in our country.

Some say he was illegally deported. He needs his day in court. But he has already applied for asylum in the United States, and twice he has had his day in immigration court to present his side, and two different immigration judges have denied his petition and ordered him deported. Why is that not the law? Why does he deserve some special treatment?

Senator Van Hollen to the Rescue

Senator Van Hollen (Democrat – Maryland) flew down to El Salvador to demand his release back into the United States. The Democrats are demanding that President Trump bring Garcia back to the United States. What is not very clear is what will happen to him if that is done? Will he be released to live in public as a free citizen? He has outstanding arrest orders both in the United States and in El Salvador. Ever heard of a thing called extradition? That is where a criminal has an arrest order from another country from where he is living, and the country with the arrest order asks politely the country where the criminal is presently living to hand him over to them. Trump did that when he sent Garcia back to El Salvador, his country of birth. So the Democrat party wants Trump to invade El Salvador to return a criminal back to the United States, and then what? They want him released from any kind of imprisonment? Or maybe they want to imprison him in a 5-star hotel? This makes no sense.

Moreover, the Democrat outrage is totally unjust, and denies the rule of law. If two countries have arrest warrants on a criminal, then it is between the presidents of both countries to decide where that criminal will serve his sentence FIRST, and then the other gets him to serve time in the second country. In the case of Chapo Guzman, Mexico decided to just hand the criminal over to the United States because the US maximum security prison was better than the Mexican prison system. Chapo has escaped several times from Mexican prisons, once even disappearing while there was a video filming his escape and the guards did not/could not stop him. The point here, the rule here is, that the prisoner has zero say in where he will do his time.

So if Trump was to negotiate Garcia’s return to the United States, the US government could not (if there is any rule of law left in our country) release him or free him in the United States. So what is the point of making such a fuss about him in the first place? It is like if Mexico were to request Chapo Guzman to be returned to them, and then they would free him in Mexico? Does that make any sense? If that were to happen, everybody would understand that Chapo’s power in government got him released or freed to continue his life of crime.

What would be the Democrat hope for Garcia if he was returned to the United States? Freedom for Garcia? So he could continue his gang related activity? So he could continue abusing his wife? What happened to the Democrat party’s defense of women? Garcia’s wife doesn’t count? Why not? This is utter hypocrisy, no matter how you look at it. And the problem here is the main problem with the Democrat Party’s fall in our day.

Democrats have no sense of Justice

They just use the law to do what is unlawful. The law doesn’t work that way. You cannot use the law to frustrate and hamstring your opponents. In prior times, when a party does that to just tie up the time and finances of an innocent part, judges awarded “frivolous case claims” against those doing this. The other party could sue, and get large awards of money for this kind of lawfare. Today, it seems that the judges are just as much a part of this lawfare as the Democrat party. We will wait and see if Leticia James files a frivolous lawsuit against the Trump DOJ for making her false statements on her home mortgage loans. That is in the future, without a doubt.
